NBIoT – Predictive maintenance and monitoring

An architecture is shown above. The NBIoT card is applied as a mezzanine card connected to a data acquisition card. It is an intrinsically  safe design.

Plant owners, suppliers of process equipment as well as manufacturers of measurement and actuating devices are looking for gathering an increasing amount of data from the process and process equipment. Data is the key to increased understanding of process performance and for the capability to perform predictive maintenance and asset management.
