Fint announces a strategic acquisition of Fieldbus Inc., Texas.

Oslo, January 1st, 2025, Fint AS, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Fieldbus Inc, a leading company within Foundation Fieldbus(FF) technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, Fint will purchase 100% of the outstanding shares of Fieldbus Inc. The acquisition aligns with Fint’s long term growth strategy by expanding its portfolio within Foundation Fieldbus technology and securing its position as a world leading provider of such technology.
